As part of the celebrations around World Food Day 2020, the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD) and AfriMAQUA organized the webinar “Ensuring food security in Africa through sustainable aquaculture” on October, 14th, 2020. This webinar was facilitated by Jean-Pascal Torréton, director of the CNRS, IRD and CIRAD representative office in southern Africa, and includes presentations from Mary Opiyo (KMFRI, Kenya), Nadeem Nazurally (University of Mauritius), Brett Macey (DEFF), and Maria Darias (IRD).
